Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our research products and the strict quality control standards we maintain, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Exception — Package Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we are committed to resolving the issue. To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Clear photos of the damaged package and products must be provided
Your order number must be included in your request
Ineligible Returns
- The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with in any way.
- Products that have not been stored according to the recommended storage conditions (2-8°C for peptides).
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Bacteriostatic water that has been opened.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
- Custom or special orders.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@cliniqueminceur.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
- A photo of the sealed product and packaging.
Review of Your Request
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send a return without first receiving our approval and a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via Interac e-Transfer to the email address associated with your original payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be sent and received. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cliniqueminceur.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies. If an order is cancelled due to non-payment, the order is simply voided.
